I know how to use Photoshop Elements. Let that suffice, I often prefer iScrapbook. It is very straight forward. And when I want more it is there! Lets talk about overlays. Overlays can change the whole way your page looks; anything can overlay potential. Take, for example, "Caribbean Colors"....
